This listing is for a vintage Amerock Carriage House switch/outlet cover combo as shown.  This item is new and in the original packaging, which shows wear.  The switchplate itself is in very good condition with no corrosion or tarnish, but there is one scratch or manufacturing mark--see the close up picture for more details.  The original screws are included.  This item is coming from a smoke- and pet-free home.
