Vintage 1982 Frankoma Pottery Diamond Jubilee Governor Signed Ashtray

Description

Here is marvelous vintage ashtray from Frankoma Pottery. This piece is done in the shade,
prairie green
with a
mat finish.
This ashtray was made to celebrate Oklahoma's 75th year as a state.
The piece is marked
on
the front in a relief pattern,
You're doing Fine Oklahoma at the top center,
1907 above, 75 over an outline
of the
state, and 1982 below
,
with Diamond Jubilee underneath.
The back of the tray is marked,
FRANKHOMA
at the
top center, then the signature George Nigh
with Governor underneath.
The piece measures approximately
7.5" in diameter x
2" in height.
The tray is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  This fabulous tray could
also be used
as a candy or nut dish or as a trinket dish.  It would make
a splendid addition for a collection of
United States, Oklahoma state memorabilia or a Frankoma Pottery collection
.
