    I've been using these stamps for a while, but working around and saving the PNC (Plate Number Coil) stamp.  I don't collect myself, but I save these for those who do.
    From the coil, not the sheet. (flat tops & bottoms)
    Self adhesive stamp, never removed from original backing paper.
    Stamp with PNC will be either in the middle of the group of 5 or at the end.
