The quality of our products is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items*. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (less applicable shipping and handling costs). In the event where merchandise is not in its original condition or missing packaging, manuals, accessories, or other components a partial refund will be given. Partial refunds are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Buyer pays return shipping on all elective buyer's remorse returns. No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery.

We can only ship to the confirmed US Paypal Address on your Paypal account. Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your payment. We offer free ground shipping within the continental US. We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, AK, HI, APO/FPO, or outside of the US.Most items are shipped within 1 business day of payment (with exception of weekends and holidays) via Fedex. Oversize items ship via motor freight carrier and are indicated in the listing. Freight delivery is by scheduled appointment, normally within 7-10 business days.
