A small home. A large bedroom with French doors. This is the new tiny home. It has oak hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings. The living room and kitchen combo is cozy but comfortable. The bathroom has tile floors and a nice tub and shower combo.
How To Build This Tiny One Bedroom House
This 416 square foot tiny house has a combination kitchen and living room that is cozy with nice views out the large windows.
The separate bedroom has French doors that lead straight outdoors and an adjoining bath and closet.
The bath has a combination tub and shower with a window.
There is even a small walk in closet.
Outside the front porch lets you bring the outdoors right up to your front door.
    Covered front porch
Walk up the steps onto the covered front porch of this tiny and you’ll feel right at home. The porch has room for a table and several chairs without feeling cramped.
Or hang an old fashioned porch swing.
There’s still plenty of room for your plants, or shelves or whatever you like to keep on your front porch.
    Two entry-ways
Enter your home through the main entrance into your living room, or step through the French doors and enter directly into the bedroom.
Main entrance opens into living room
The front door features sidelight windows on each side and an arch window overhead.
It opens into the living area.
Two French doors open into bedroom
Just down from the main entrance are two French doors that open into the bedroom.
Open kitchen and living area combination
The living area and kitchen feature an open floor plan.
The living area is cozy at nine feet by eight feet. But that still leaves room for a sofa and a couple of chairs.
The kitchen comes in at nine feet by 7+ feet which gives room for a stove, dishwasher and sink.
And still leaves room for some cabinet and counter space.
If you want to trade off some of the cabinet space there is even room for a small washer dryer combo.
You can place a small table in the kitchen and make this an eat-in kitchen.
Or you can squeeze a small island between the kitchen and living areas.
Bedroom large enough for a king size bed
Just off the kitchen another set of French doors lead into the bedroom.
At a little over eleven by fifteen feet the bedroom will hold up to a king size bed and still leave room for your bedroom furniture to store all your things in.
Or set up a small sitting area in front of the French doors leading outside
