Rare, vintage 1 qt., brass, FIRE-END fire extinguisher. Manufactured by Fire-End Products, New York City, NY. Last patent date is 2,563,171 (1951). Fire-End Products was established in 1930. In 1959 Fire-End Products purchased all shares of Crocker Fire Prevention to form the Fire-End & Crocker Corporation. This is a pre-merger model.The extinguisher has been machine buffed, hand polished and clear coated. It is EMPTY and the pump handle does move in and out, but it is being sold as a collectible item only. The extinguisher is in excellent  condition with no dents in the bodying strong paint on the label. Measures approx. 13" x 3".
