This house plan has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms on the main floor, plus the walk-out basement with a finish option layout that includes divided rooms, kitchen, & bathroom.
2x6 exterior walls and 9' ceiling height on main floor, with vaulted ceiling in the living room and a step tray ceiling in the master bedroom.
The main floor plan is open with double archways entering dining & kitchen areas.  The master bedroom is split apart from the other bedrooms & has a very nice size walk-in closet with its own octogon window.  The other bedroom closets are also roomy!
The master bath has a tile shower.  The laundry room is nice and well placed!
