This house plan has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms.  The floor plan is open with split bedrooms.  The kitchen has an island bar & is open to the dining area.  The master bedroom is split apart from the other bedrooms & has a nice lengthy walk-in closet, and its own nice master bathroom with a double sink vanity.  All of the bedrooms each have a walk-in closet!  Bedrooms 2 & 3 are nice sized, and this plan even includes a hall closet!  The laundry room is convenient with direct entry coming from the open 2-car carport!
This plan is recommended for a spacious home, & yet an economical type house construction.  One could even plan to build the house without the carport, and for budget reasons plan to wait & add it on later.
