    Description

    This ranch home was designed by us and custom-built on a full poured concrete basement in 1998. The house is 1,736 square feet in size. It has 3 bedrooms (13x15, 11x13 and 10x11), 2 baths (one with tub 8x10, the other with a shower 8.6x7.6), an eat-in kitchen (13x16), a large laundry/utility room (11x20), a foyer (7x9), and interior and exterior stairs to the basement. The attached over-sized two-car garage (24x28) adds and additional 672 square feet. There is a large deck on the back of the house, and a front porch, both shown in the pictures. The basement has full walk-down stairs from the outside at the rear of the house, for easy entry. The roof covers the stairs to keep out rain and snow.
    The house is spacious with flexibility. We decided to add a central vacuum in the basement, and there was plenty of space in the walls for the tubing. If you want, you could build this home on a slab or a partial basement, as well. The photos show the front of the house, the back and the sides.
    If you purchase the plans, we will mail you printed blueprints and email you full size PDFs. The PDFs will allow you to make any modifications you want on your computer.
    We enjoy our home and didn't know until now that we could offer the blueprint on Ebay.
