This scooter comes with 6 month manufacturer warranty for the body and frame to give you extra peace of mind. Please keep the receipt of purchase to validate your claim. All returned products must be in good physical condition as broken or physically damaged parts will not be covered under warranty. All original accessories and packaging must be included with the return or the seller retains the rights to refuse such returns. After 30 days of purchase, any faulty parts will be replaced free of cost (besides the controller and battery) but buyer will have to pay the delivery fee and all claims to go directly to manufacturer as seller will no longer be liable.

Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can use our tracked courier service for returns. Please ensure that the scooter is securely packed.
If you choose to return your item, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during posting. Therefore, t
he goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original box and packaging. Items returned without original packaging may be damaged in transit - the purchaser accepts all liability for any damage and loss of value incurred.
Faulty Items
If you receive your item and it is faulty or
damaged, then you can return it to us for repair, replacement or refund, so long as it is within 30 days. The buyer will have to send the item back to the factory the scooters will be assessed and appropriate action will be taken.
Faulty items are very rare, however, if you do get an issue, we will help resolve it for you.
If you can, please inform us of the issue via an eBay message, and also attach images or a short video that demonstrates the problem.
This is extremely helpful and may speed up the time it takes to resolve your issue.
All returns will be assessed by our technicians and the fault must be confirmed before further action can be taken. This assessment process can take up to five working days from us receiving the product.
All components must be returned in the box with your item. If no fault is confirmed
the item will be returned to you. We may charge you to return the product in these circumstances.
Faults after 30 days

also attach images or a short video that demonstrates the problem. We will then liaise with the manufacturer and place you in touch with them in order to resolve your issue.
