Description

This vintage letterpress print block features an illustration of Rodin's The Thinker, and was originally produced as a pamphlet or miniature book cover for a publication titled, "Meditations" by Lawrence Rector Griffith. It measures 2 1/8 inches x 3 inches. The block is carved from a heavy piece of solid metal, and makes an excellent paperweight. Item shows wear in the design lettering at the bottom on the right and left, making the first few and last couple of letters illegible.
