JVC FS-2000 CD AM/FM Radio Ultra Compact Component System

Description

Offered is a JVC FS-2000 Ultra Compact Component System.  Vintage item from JVC.
Condition is used.
From original owner, smoke free home.  Unit is 100% functional and operates as it should.  As it is, it has AM/FM radio and a CD player.  It also has both an AUX input and a Subwoofer output.  Great system if you have limited space.
The drive belt for the motorized CD door has been replaced so it is fully functional.  I am including the original JVC belt and the replacement bag for future reference.
Cosmetically, this unit is is very nice condition.  Some minor scratches on the bottom of the speakers.  A small nick here and there but nothing significant enough to call out.  Woofer cones are not pushed in, grills in excellent condition.
in addition to the unit/speakers, this Includes the original RM-RXU1000 Remote Control – battery compartment is clean and corrasion free, 2 new AA batteries, two 5’ 18g speaker wires, 1 6’’ wire for FM (not the original antenna but works fine), original AM Loop Antenna, AC cord, original JVC belt and the package of the new belt used to repair.  Includes everything you need to get this running out of the box.
This is a great little JVC system, sounds really good, with a sub it sounds even better.  Unit is clean and functions as it should, CD door works.  Having said this – this unit manufacture date is August 1997, 21 years old so considered vintage.  No warranty is given or implied.  Item is sold as is.
