Custom Plans available for 0 per set.
These are plans that have been approved and ready for your own touches.  The plans will be send by PDF.
Since states and local requirements may differ, ALL plans (mine or others) will require some local changes.  The only thing not provided is a site plan.  Plans will include floor plans, sections, elevations, foundation plan, roof framing plan, and details.
All plans can be updated to your specifications for additional charges.
DWG files can be purchased for 0 per each home design.
You can save by obtaining the prepared plans and adapting to your needs.
