This is the Electro-Harmonix Switchblade Pro.
This awesome pedal is extremely useful.
As an ABY switch, you can easily switch between effects loops, amps, or run both at the same time.
With the Pro you can set the levels for each side, control dry level, as well as run in series or parallel.
Though it is an active pedal for clean, quiet switching, the audio signal path is totally passive so your tone remains unadultered.
This is a great pedal whether you're playing out live or recording.
