You are bidding on any set of PDF plans from our wonderful website Houseplanbroker.com
. Please visit our site to pick out which plan you would like to receive whether it is a home plan or a garage plan, it does not matter. Winning bidder must include plan number along with payment. Once payment is complete, a set of plans will be emailed directly to you in PDF format, that way you can print off as many copies as needed to give out to the contractors. You may chose from a 22x34 full size (1/4" = 1'-0") set, or a 11x17 half size (1/8"=1'-0") set. The choice is yours, same low price on either sets. Please click on the sample plans on the front page of the web site to see the type of plans you will be receiving. There is no shipping involved, you will be emailed the set of plans to your PayPal email address after payment is complete.
