This is a set of Custom House Plans. My husband was a Draftsman for over 45 years, designing many Custom Homes  and we are selling his stock
custom plans in retirement. This set consists of 4 - 24
" x 36" sheet. All floor plans are 1/4" equals 1
'. There are no foundation or electrical plans with this set, these are normally determined with the builder and dependent on the size and location of the lot. Foundation plans vary by location.
They will all be shipped priority mail in a mailing tube so they will not be folded.
All plans are blac
k line prints and all pages are reproduce-able at a print shop.
Print as many copies as you need for various contractors, bankers, builders.
We will always reduce shipping costs if you were to purchase more than one set of plans.
