I do not ship out of country, to P.O box's, APO/FPO locations, Alaska, Hawaii or any other US Protectorates. FedEx is the carrier. All items are shipped signature required and with insurance for items valued over 0. Most items ship within a one business day. Pics are taken before packing and shipping. Once the item is shipped, it is your responsibility.

Refunds:
I do not offer them, but I will work to correct any reasonable situation that may occur. Please allow me the opportunity to resolve any issues should anything arise. If any of the serial numbers, plates, tags have been tampered with, all options cease. I make sure to take pics before anything is shipped.
I take great pride in providing quality service and products to all. Most of the items I list are from very high-end estate sales and are in great working order. I test what I can and when I cannot, I have the item professionally inspected and/or refurbished, or will state “As is” on it.
