It turns on, it will make some noise for a little bit, I tried to insert a disc, and when I disconnected it from power and reconnected it the disc came out, that is all that I was able to test, it might be working good or might have some problem and will need repair, I have no idea, Will be selling it ASIS NO RETURNS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR

It has scratches around and couple dings on the corner
