Ademco No. 675 Ground Start Module
For use with 6 or 12V digital communicators such as the jumper programmed Nos. 669, 670 and the PROM programmable Nos. 678, 4160, 4160-12, 4180EC and 4180-12. It permits connection to telephone exchanges requiring "GROUND START" (a momentary connection of one side of the telephone line to ground) before dial tone may be obtained.
