6.5x10 Chandler and Price Pilot Press. Purchased around 1 year ago. Bought brand new rollers with it.
Fantastic press! I used this to create business cards and small wedding invites. Any other questions about the press or photos please message me. I had a friend make a brand new feed board out of wood. I will send pictures upon request. I oiled the oil points every-time before use, and the rollers were cleaned after every use also.
Here are the "quirks": (or things that need further looked at)
Ink disc isn't 100% flat. It will distribute the ink over the entire disc, but there is a low spot. This did not create any issues during printing. Just needs machined down flat. The lever isn't pushed in all the way. The woodruff key is a tad bit too large so the lever is on there tight and snug. I've had no issues with it going loose. May need some heat to get it loose and a proper size woodruff key and it'll be 100%. The press is screwed into a flat piece of wood like you see in the photos. The gripper bars have been removed, but I still have them, they just need to be put back on.
