A tough 1921 S key date walking liberty half dollar graded XF 40 by NGC. It carries excellent details for the grade with nicely toned original surfaces. This is one of the hardest coins to come by to the entire series in this pleasing mid-grade level. It is strong for the grade and has a nice overall look.
This San Francisco Mint date holds a mintage of only 548,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 27,500 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 29 graded Extra Fine 40 by NGC.
