These plans are for a 18'x24' two story barn style shed/garage. Plans are printed on 11"x17" ledger size paper at 1/4"=1' and NTS scales and include construction drawings and
material list.  Plans come with layout and material list for slab and concrete block foundations.
Plans include optional 24' side porch
. Plans do NOT include material list for porch. These plans only come with foundation layouts for full block or slab foundation.
Great do-it-yourself
project, but note that it does require some construction knowledge and will not be a good project for a construction novice.  Can be finished to make a nice mountain or lake getaway.  Looks good in town or country setting. If you have horses, this building will make a great tack room.
Building designed by a residential builder/designer with 20 years construction experience.  And conforms to 2005 IRC code.

What are the heights of each floor?  First floor is 8', second floor is 6'4" at the hip and 9' in the center.
What size are the wall studs?  They are 2x4's - 16" on center.
Do you send digital copies of the plans?  No, we send paper copies of the plans via US Postal Service.
