These plans are for a 16'x16' two story barn style shed. Plans are printed on 11"x17" ledger size paper at 1/4"=1' and NTS scales and include construction drawings and
material list.  Plans come with layout and material list for skid, slab and concrete block foundations.
Great do-it yourself
project.  Can be finished to make a nice mountain or lake getaway.  Looks good in town or country setting. If you have horses, this building will make a great tack room.
Building designed by a residential builder/designer with 20 years construction experience.  And conforms to 2005 IRC code.
